When will Apartment Homes be available for Move In?

Our first block of apartment homes will be available for Move In starting June 2023 and will continue through August 2023 based on availability.

Is there an Amenity Fee?

Yes, there is a $125 amenity fee per apartment home.

This covers our valet trash service, pest control, Credhub (which helps renters build their credit!), High Speed Fiber Optic Internet service in unit and throughout the property, and your Smart Home Features, which include smart lock, thermostat, and light switch; all controllable from your phone!

What is the parking for Residents?

The Hendricks has a 3 story direct access parking garage for our Residents. It is accessible via street entrance, elevator and stairs.

We do not have assigned parking however in partnership with our neighbor, The South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church, has access to the first floor parking on Wednesday evenings, Sundays, and select holidays.

What qualifications does your application require?

Our application screens your credit and criminal background and we required income and employment information. Our income requirement is 3X the base monthly rent. We required proof of income and that can be shown through pay stubs, W2, and offer letters

What type of Floor Plans does The Hendricks have?

We offer Studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom floorplans.

What type of Lease Terms are you offering?

We offer 7-12 month lease terms. Pricing may vary based on length of lease.

What is your Pet Policy?

We are pet friendly at The Hendricks! All pets are required to complete our Pet Screening profile which requires vaccination records, medical records, etc. We do not have any breed restrictions currently at The Hendricks.
